1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and Ludo Maza ("we", "us", "Platform"). By downloading, installing, registering, or accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be governed by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use our platform, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 13 years of age (or the legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
• You must have full legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• You must not have been previously banned, restricted, or suspended from using our services.

3. Skill-Based Entertainment Gaming

Ludo and all companion mini-games available on the platform are purely skill-based strategic board games. Success and outcomes depend entirely on players' knowledge, tactics, decision-making, and strategic pawn movements.

The platform does not offer, promote, or facilitate gambling, betting, or wagering of any kind.

4. User Accounts & Security

When you create an account or link via phone number or social login:

• You agree to provide accurate and updated information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTPs.
• You agree not to share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your registered account.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against cheating and malicious behavior. Prohibited activities include:

• Using automated bots, macros, hacks, or third-party unauthorized software.
• Collusion or intentionally losing matches to manipulate leaderboard scores.
• Harassment, abusive language, hate speech, or offensive usernames.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit software bugs.

Violators will face immediate account suspension and permanent forfeiture of in-game items.

6. In-Game Coins, Virtual Items & Rewards

All in-game coins, gems, themes, dice skins, avatars, and event prizes are virtual digital goods with no cash equivalent outside the game environment. They are non-transferable and non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, trademarks, artwork, graphics, sound effects, animations, and software code are the proprietary intellectual property of Ludo Maza. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by telecommunication failures, server maintenance, internet latency, or force majeure events.
